About the Author

Jeff Christian

Jeff is a husband, father, registered nurse, basketball coach, host of the Life's Essential Ingredients podcast, and the founder of the nonprofit. All proceeds from the sale of his books go toward the nonprofit.

The organization uses pizza and pizza-making to build community at no financial cost to participants (although donations are accepted and appreciated).
