Payments and donations are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you make a payment, your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe’s own security standards and privacy policy. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for third-party advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share personal information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect your data — for example, our website host (WPMU DEV), email and marketing tools, our payment processor (Stripe), and analytics providers (Google).
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of C4Leaders, our visitors, or others, or to investigate fraud or security incidents.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Form submissions, comments, and security logs are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s settings.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, a web application firewall, malware scanning, and login protection. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site runs on WordPress, which includes built-in tools for exporting and erasing the personal data associated with your email address. You can request a downloadable copy of your personal data, or request that we erase it, by emailing us at the address below; we will process your request using WordPress’s personal-data export and erasure tools.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
